  3. You need 2 large of Red Bell Pepper.
  4. Provide 5 cup of Sugar.
  5. Provide 1 cup of Vinegar.
  6. Prepare 2 envelope of 1.75 oz Pectin.

  5. Pour into sterilized jars and seal..
  6. Pour over cream cheese for a spicy dip..
  7. Makes about 9 small jars full..
