  2. You need 2 tsp of gelatin powder + 2 tbls water.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of mango essence.
  6. Provide 1/2 tsp of yellow food colour.

  1. Soak gelatin in 2 tbls water for 20 Minutes. Set aside..
  2. In pan add water let it simmer then add sugar and Soaked gelatin. Cook till sugar desolved..
  3. Turn of flame add lemon juice, food colour and mango essence..
  4. Give it 10 Minute in pan then transfer in any mould for settled in desired shape..
  5. After 2 hours in fridge let it check. Tasty homemade mango jelly is ready. Enjoy with kids..
