Steps Chicken 65 recipe (chicken starter)

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic red chilli cumin powder garam masala powder salt and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
  2. After 15 minutes add cornflour plain flour egg mix well..
  3. Fry on medium heat changing sides to ensure even browning from all sides it will take 6 to 7 minutes..
  4. Then increase heat and fry on high heat for 1 minute so that the coating becomes crisp remove and drain on an absorbent towel.
  5. Heat a tbsp oil in a pan add green chillies,curry leaves saute for few seconds then add crushed ginger garlic mix well saute again for few seconds..
  6. Then mix yoghurt 1/2 tsp cornflour and water well add this mix well if mixture looks too thick adjust that with little water boil then add onions mix well..
  7. Then add red chilli sauce,soya sauce and boil for a minute add fried chicken pieces simmer for 2 to 3 minutes and finally garnish with coriander leaves..
